Using this website

By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or misuse its content. Purchases must be made by an adult with capacity to enter a contract or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products, sizing, and availability

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary by screen, and handmade or supplied items may have minor variations. Measurements and age labels are guides; please review the available size information before ordering.

Products are subject to availability. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement choice or refund.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be presented before you confirm the order. We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order and will notify you if it affects an order already submitted.

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. A contract is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or an undeliverable destination; any captured payment for cancelled items will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel.

Payment

Payment is processed through Paystack or another payment method displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and that the billing information supplied is accurate. An order may be held or cancelled if payment is not authorised or cannot be verified.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please provide a complete, accurate address and reachable contact details. We will communicate material delays we become aware of and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Risk and ownership pass as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangement.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

If you need to cancel an order, report a damaged or incorrect item, or request a return, contact us promptly with your order details. Eligibility depends on the item's condition, hygiene considerations, whether it was personalised, and applicable consumer law. Do not send an item back until we provide return instructions.

Nothing in these terms removes any right or remedy you have under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law. Approved refunds are returned through the appropriate payment channel; processing time may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login details confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Service communications relating to an account or order may be sent electronically. Marketing messages can be unsubscribed from using the option provided or by contacting us.

Intellectual property and third-party services

The website's branding, text, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by H-Kidz or used with permission and may not be copied or commercially reused without authorisation. Links and services supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms; H-Kidz is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by law.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for disruption outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them from time to time; the terms in force when an order is accepted will apply to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
